Rewards and Gems

2 Player Raid Tycoon: How to Get Gems and Spend Them

Last updated:

Gems pay for Guard Tickets and reward-wheel spins. Collect daily and referral rewards first, then choose whether you want another random guard or a chance at mixed prizes.

Quick Answer Overview

Get free Gems from eligible daily claims and the invited-friend referral reward. The wheel can also award Gems, and the Store sells Gem packs. For recruiting, spend 25 Gems on one Guard Ticket, which recruits one random guard when used. For mixed rewards, a single paid spin costs 10 Gems. Among the three Gem packs, Gem Hoard gives the most Gems per Robux; Gem Bundle has the lowest total price.

Free and Paid Gem Sources

Free daily and referral Gems

Open Daily and select CLAIM on the available day. In the daily schedule that lists income and Gems, these days award Gems:

Daily reward day Gems
Day 1 5
Day 3 15
Day 5 25
Day 6 35
Day 7 50

The invited friend receives 20 Gems plus 60 seconds of income through a qualifying referral. Under the September 19 referral rules, the inviter receives 300 seconds of income, and referrals are limited to five per day. The Gem reward belongs to the invited friend, so sending an invitation does not award those 20 Gems to the sender. See the daily and referral reward guide for the broader claim process.

Wheel prizes and paid options

  • Reward wheel: GEMS is a possible prize. Use the FREE SPIN option when its countdown finishes; a paid spin spends Gems and does not guarantee a Gem prize.
  • Store: Buy a Gem Bundle, Gem Stash or Gem Hoard for Robux. Compare their value below.
  • VIP: The paid pass adds 5 bonus Gems to every daily claim. This bonus requires VIP ownership; it is separate from the free daily amounts above. Compare its other benefits in the Store and game pass guide.

Guard Tickets or Wheel Spins?

Your goal Gem purchase What it gives you
Recruit another guard 25 Gems for one Guard Ticket One random guard when you use the ticket
Try for mixed rewards 10 Gems for one paid SPIN A random wheel prize, with possibilities including cash, tickets, Gems and a timed cash boost

Prioritize tickets when your goal is to add guards. Each ticket pays for one recruitment, so the result is a guard, but it does not guarantee a specific character or rarity. Buying the ticket adds it to your balance; you recruit the guard afterward with ROLL 1. The purchase is available through GET GUARDS → BUY 1 → GET TICKETS. Follow the recruiting and equipping guide to put the result to use.

Choose spins when you want a chance at several kinds of rewards. The lower single-spin price does not make it a direct substitute for a ticket: a spin can land on something other than recruitment resources. One possible boost is X2 CASH for 3 minutes. See the wheel prizes and spin options for the full prize categories.

Compare Gem Pack Value

The three Store packs differ in both total cost and the number of Gems each Robux buys. Divide the pack's Gem quantity by its Robux price to compare unit value:

Gem pack Gems per Robux
Gem Bundle 10
Gem Stash Approximately 12.22
Gem Hoard Approximately 14.12

Choose Gem Hoard for the best unit value at these prices, provided you want enough Gems to justify the larger purchase. Choose Gem Bundle for the lowest total spend. Gem Stash offers a middle option with better unit value than Bundle and a lower total price than Hoard.
