Oddball is a timed team event in 2 Player Raid Tycoon. Find the glowing ball, take possession, and keep your team in control until the countdown ends.
Follow the purple ball marker and approach the glowing ball. Confirm that CARRYING ODDBALL appears, then stay alive with it until the timer ends. If an opponent has it, follow the carrier's name and KILL marker to contest possession.
Your team wins if it holds the Oddball when the event timer runs out. Once you have it, focus on staying alive through the remaining countdown.
The winning cash prize is valued in seconds of your own income, so it grows as your factory's income increases. See the money guide for ways to build and collect that income.
When Oddball is active, follow the purple ball marker. At the orange-ramp location, use this route:
Use the marker to locate the ball; the orange-ramp route applies when it is at that platform.
If you have the ball, watch the SURVIVE countdown and keep moving until it expires. The ball floats above your head and your character has a pink-purple highlight. You can move through your factory or outdoors with a gun equipped, so use cover and defend yourself when necessary.
If another player has the ball, read the event banner for the carrier's name and follow the KILL marker and its countdown to pursue them and contest the ball. The combat guide covers weapon choices and aiming around cover.
While you carry the ball, CARRYING ODDBALL replaces the usual BASE label. Your factory can still come under attack during the event: watch for BASE UNDER ATTACK, including warnings that someone is shooting your gate power. Build defenses beforehand to reduce the risk while you are away; see base defense for the available options.
