2 Player Raid Tycoon Cube Boss Phases and Combat Guide

Boss Cube changes appearance and fills the battlefield with beams and fire as the fight progresses. Keep your gun trained on the floating boss while watching the space around you.

Aim up and keep shooting as Cube changes from yellow to purple and then red. Reposition while tracking its rotating beams and fire effects; neither jumping nor standing at the slope edge guarantees safety. Finish the encounter, look for the Cube Slayer unlock notification, and equip the title through Settings.
Follow the Three Cube Phases
Phase 1: Equip a gun, aim up at the floating yellow Cube and fire while moving around the battlefield.
Phase 2: Keep tracking and shooting when Cube turns purple. Adjust your aim as you reposition and watch for beams and glowing orange-yellow objects.
Phase 3: Watch for the phase label and a brief white transformation flash. Cube then becomes red with a fanged face. Continue attacking until the encounter ends.
In a 105,000-HP encounter, the Phase 3 transition begins at 26,250 HP, or 25% health. The health reading stays unchanged during the brief white flash.
Keep Firing While Tracking Beams and Fire
Purple beams extend outward from Cube and change direction as it rotates. They can shift from thin rays to bright, thick beams, then fade or briefly disappear. Keep the boss in view and adjust your position as their angles change.
Move between the slope and the adjacent open ground while shooting. The slope edge is a route for repositioning, not reliable cover, and jumping does not guarantee protection.
During Phase 2, watch for orange-yellow glowing objects near Cube or in the foreground. Explosions and damaging flames can follow, so keep watching the surrounding area as well as your target.
Handle the Later-Phase Battlefield
In Phase 3, purple beams continue while groups of glowing objects with orange trails descend around the arena. Flames and smoke can appear near where they land, and red strips and circles can appear on the ground. Keep changing position and track the effects around you while aiming at the red Cube.
You may see AIR SUPPORT INCOMING or AIRSTRIKE INBOUND during the fight. Fire can occur before those messages, so keep watching for it throughout the encounter.
Unlock and Equip Cube Slayer
Finish the Cube encounter and look for the Cube Slayer unlock notification. Then open Settings, choose Titles and Tags, and select Cube Slayer from the dropdown. The equipped title can appear above your character.
